On 25 May 2018, a new law called the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) has come into force. Under the GDPR, you have increased rights over the personal data that a company has about you.

Since we love being transparent with you, we have several ways for you to learn on how Foot Locker processes your personal data. For our in store and online customers, website users, newsletter recipients and loyalty members, we have defined all our data processing in our privacy statement. Please find our privacy statements per banner and country here.
